Hey there,

The theme says it’s responsive, but it isn’t working for me.
Do I perhaps need to update the .css file, and if so what do you have a file I can use/work with?

Hello,

You can ask for FTP login data at your hosting provider support.
Don’t you know your credentials to WordPress admin panel?
You should have created them while WordPress installation.

I’ve spoke with my hosting provider and they told me it’s not safe to give you my FTP login data on a public forum. Is there another way to fix this, and I would like to be treated nicely…

Hello,

We didn’t do anything. Have you installed our theme? I don’t see it in Appearance > Themes.
Please provide FTP credentials.
Also I see in your profile you have the site http://www.hooligans-shop.com. Maybe you meant this site?

I have updated the theme to version 3.0.3 but it’s still not responsive. But it’s only not responsive in text blocks. I have an example of how it looks in this image.

I’ve enabled it.
