Ctrl+mouse wheel is zoom is disabled
Ctrl & +/- zoom is enabled and still presenting the bug
Safari has the bug as before and now the rev slider is not showing in WIN 7 (!?)
IE & FF do not have this bug at all !!!
My client site that works with Royal Store but with Interior design – has NONE of this issues !!!
Waiting for your reply,

Hello,
Try to add the following code in custom.css:
.st-container .st-pusher {overflow-x: visible;}

Olga Barlow
Hello Olga,
I’ve added this code to rtl.css – the child theme css file – but it did not solve the issue.
Did you change something in the website via the username I provided ? because the Ctrl+mouse wheel is not responding…
Is it mandatory to use custome.css ?
Thank your for your prompt reply,
Ronen
Hello,
We found what caused your problem – Black Studio TinyMCE Widget plugin and form in footer. Disable this third-party plugin and try to use Contact Form 7 to create form you need.

Olga Barlow
Hello Olga,
Thank you very much – this is indeed solved the issue.
I’m very happy about that for I’m now able to continue and further use this excellent product.
One last thing – the “Ctrl+MouseRightWheel” is not working. Did you disable this feature ? If so please enable it or tell me how.
Let me know when you need no further access to my website as I would like to freeze that user for security reasons.
Again, thank you for your prompt reply,
Best,
Ronen
Hello,
Could you please clarify the issue with more details?
As I see your site is working well and right mouse click is working too.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Hello Eva & Olga,
1. You’re right RightClick (option menu) works fine.
but – If you RightClick+MouseWheel (zoom in/out) the page scrolls up/down only.
Is that due to change you’ve introduced via the user account I provided ?
2. Just to let you know – the real culprit of the gliches is the Mail Chimp form script that contained a ‘margin-left: -5000px;’ parameter in one of the divs. Changing that to ‘visibility: hidden’ resolved that.
I couldn’t find that without your help – so thank you for all you’ve done.
I only need now to re-enable zoom in /out by RightClick+MouseWheel
Best,
Ronen
Hello,
The problem is caused by Smooth Scroll option in Ultimate VC Addons settings.
Go to Brainstorm section in wp-admin panel > Modules > Advanced Settings tab > disable “Smooth Scroll”.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Thank you Eva,
I admit that I wasn’t sure about the quality of your support at the beginning – but you’ve proved me dead wrong.
Your service is excellent and you’ve answered every issue.
Best,
Ronen
