Hey,
for some reason my site isn’t seem to be responsive, I mean it doesn’t look good on a phone or a tablet, only on my computer.
also the theme I perched is responsive.
can I get some help on hoe to make it right?
(my site is on Hebrew for now)

Could you, please, provide us with Wp Dashboard access to your site to check the settings you use and find the reason of the issue?
