Responsive website doesn't scroll smoothly on mobile

Hi

I am having real issues with the mobile version of my xstore. Can someone have a look and help in any way?

What mobile device do you use? I checked using Android mobile device and don’t see problem.

Hi Olga,

It is particularly bad on ipads and not great on an iphone. Is there any advice you could give to help?

I checked using iPhone 6 and don’t see problem.

Hi Rosie,

I really is the scrolling that is the problem and it is hard to send a screen shot of that.

When you look at the site on your iphone and press the mobile menu button is is extremly slow to react.

do you have this issue?

Oh I see, we don’t have such problem on our test site.
Please try to disable 3rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and check.
