Responsive problem – blank screen - by errepionline

    many clients said they cant see the website because when they open the website they just see blank page.
    We tested in a square monitor, and and if the website page is splitted (not fulls creen) you can see the website, in full screen we just see blank page.
    Other who use the tablet and smartphone.. said the responsive doesen’t work properly.. (with no right resizing of many products).

    I’ve checked it many times and didn’t see the issue. Please try clear cache and check it.

    Depending from the computer probably, to mine is working perfectly.
    To the clients who are visiting the first time i think is not possible resolve like this…
    my collegue tryed and the problem remain.. so… i actually dont know what to say..

    Sorry, but we didn’t see this issue. Also I’ve checked it in different browsers and all looks good.

    at last what about the responsive adjustment for iphone? and Ipad?
