Responsive Options and Language/Currency Switcher

    Hi

    1. Between the resolution of 768px – 991px (Tablet), my footer looks like this…

    But I want it like this…

    I tried all the settings in the responsive options of WP Bakery here…

    But cant see any change

    Can you please help me. Please note that I have applied some custom style for columns

    but hope its doesn’t matter.

    2. Only on media devices and only on shop page, my language and currency switchers are showing only 5 language and 5 currency and not showing the full list.

    as its already 4th day today. I understand you were not able to login even though the link was working fine on my end. I tried on different devices also. But to fix this, I have already made your admin account and shared login username and password in private content area.

    Hello,

    Need to log in to help you with your issues.
    IPs of our experts who will work on your issue 176.98.73.124, 176.98.70.243 and 176.98.70.175.
    Add to whitelist them. Because still can’t log in to your backend. Only frontend is available.

    I have added all IPs in whitelist as well as I have changed your user role to super admin.
    Can you please try now.

    Please atleast confirm if the login is working on your end and if you are able to access admin panel. From my side I have checked everything and tried on different devices and its working fine.

    That’s very strange because we were able to log in a few weeks ago. What plugin did you install after that that prevents access? Sucuri Security? Could you temporarily disable it or add exclusing?

    This is really strange… not only Loginizer but I have even added yours IPs in whitelist of CDN as well… Securi and Loginizer were always there since 2 months… I’ve deactivated other plugin which I installed recently… also I’ve created a new access link.. please try both… login ID and password as well as temporary access link…
    Can you please also clear cookies on your browser

    1. You did not set the correct settings for the columns on your screenshot. We have changed them. Check now the responsive columns settings.
