  looks like this on a cell phone

  when you turn the cell phone sideways is the problem it looks like this.

  Is there a way to have it not convert to responsive till a certain width or how can I correct this issue?

  Hello,

  Please try to use this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile landscape:

  .banner img {
    width: 100%;
  }
