  Hello good afternoon. I recently opened a call about a problem on my website’s carousel. I was told that the problem was with the elementor and that I should speak to them. I opened a call with them and they gave me the answer below. What should I do now? Could you help me?

  Upon troubleshooting, I found that your X store child theme conflicting. When it is disabled, the issue does not replicates, Please check my screencast.

  In this case, you will need to report the issue to the respective theme author as Elementor does not have control over the third-party plugin’s code. Also please note that we don’t provide support for a third-party plugin nor theme as we don’t have control over their code.

  Problem caused by this option https://prnt.sc/1275geh Keep it disabled, please. It’s in dev mode, so we’ll be able to take a closer look only once the Elementor plugin makes an official release of this option.
