  Hello,

  I’ve configured email for password reset with built-in email builder, using {reset_password_url} on a button.

  When i’m on page for lost-password (link attached), I receive the correct email but clicking on button with reset_password_url gets me on the same page.

  How can i solve that?

  Did you try to reset the password for the existing account using reset form https://terredicapitanata.com/my-account/lost-password/ and when you are not logged in? Or you just sent a test email from the email builder?

  That’s right. Using reset password from existing account is working fine, test mail from email builder is not. Thank you!
