    Hello dear support team,

    I hope you’re doing well. I would like to request several adjustments for our online shop. I’ve included all details below along with the links and notes from the screenshots.

    1. Shop Page: URL: https://shop.parfuemerie-belle.com/shop/

    Could you please add a button named “Alle Filter zurücksetzen” (Reset all filters), as shown in the screenshot?

    2. Sidebar Cart

    – The word “Cart” in the sidebar should be displayed in German: “Warenkorb.”

    – The product titles in the sidebar — as well as all typography on the shop-related pages (Shop, Cart, Checkout) — should follow this styling:

    Headlines:
    Font: Inter
    Font Size: 15
    Uppercase
    Letter Spacing: 2.5
    Color: Black

    Text:
    Font: Inter
    Font Size: 12
    Standard upper/lowercase
    Letter Spacing: 1
    Color: Black

    Buttons (entire shop):
    Font: Inter
    Font Size: 12
    Uppercase
    Letter Spacing: 2.5
    Font Color: #F5F3F0

    3. Cart Page URL: https://shop.parfuemerie-belle.com/warenkorb/

    – Typography and button styles on this page are inconsistent.

    – Please adjust all elements according to the same specifications listed above (see screenshot).

    Additional requests:
    – Please add more spacing between the buttons “SEPA-Lastschriftmandat” and “Weiter Einkaufen.”

    – The button next to the coupon field is too short: Please extend its width. Change its text from “Okay” to “Jetzt einlösen.”

    4. Checkout Page URL: https://shop.parfuemerie-belle.com/kasse/

    – Please apply the unified typography as specified above.

    – The word “VAT” should be translated to “MwSt.”

    – After placing an order, the confirmation page loads for a very long time.

    – Could you please check the performance during the final order submission?

    5. Email Builder

    – The email templates should also use the same typography settings (as listed above and shown in the screenshot).

    6. Emails Not Being Sent (Important)

    – I have just placed a test order in Live Mode, but I do not receive any emails — neither as a customer nor as the store owner.

    – I have activated the Email Builder and all templates are correctly set up, but no confirmation emails are being sent.

    – Could you please check why the emails are not being triggered or delivered?

    Hi @Susanna,

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    you can find the login information in the private content area.

    Since we are planning to go live with the shop on Friday, would it be possible for you to implement the changes by then or let me know how I can do it myself? I would really appreciate your help.

    To change the typography, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Typography, then adjust the font family and size as needed: https://prnt.sc/gbQwl0asfzs9

    For translation, please set up the Loco Translate plugin (we have already installed it for you): https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    Regarding email sending, please ensure that your hosting provider has not disabled the mail() function. If it is disabled, you can use the following plugin to send emails: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

    Hi Samir,

    I am currently facing several issues in my shop and I am a bit desperate, as my client needs the shop to be fully functional by Friday. I would be extremely grateful for your support. Here are the further problems in detail (screenshots attached):

    1. Checkout Page

    1.1. “Company (optional)” field
    I would like to completely remove the “Company (optional)” field from the checkout page. I cannot find where this can be changed.

    If it cannot be removed entirely, could you please at least make sure that no placeholder or default Elementor text appears in this field?

    1.2. Checkout does not submit orders
    When I try to place an order in Live Mode (payments activated), nothing happens.

    The only thing that occurs is that the page jumps back to the top, as if a hidden error message was triggered — but I cannot see any message or indication of what is wrong.
    I need help identifying the cause and fixing this so orders can be completed normally.

    2. Cart Page

    2.1. “OKAY” Button in the coupon area
    Behind the coupon input field there is still a button that says “OKAY”.

    I do not know where I can change this text to “Jetzt einlösen”. Please advise or adjust this for me.

    2.2. Missing spacing between the two lower buttons
    At the bottom of the cart page, the two buttons still have no spacing between them.

    Could you please fix the layout so they have proper separation?

    2.3. White box at the bottom right
    There is a small white box in the bottom-right corner of the cart page (barely visible), and I cannot remove it.
    I would appreciate your help identifying what it is and how to remove it.

    I am currently quite overwhelmed and unsure how to solve these issues on my own. Since my client urgently needs the shop to work by Friday, I rely heavily on your support and would be very thankful for any help you can provide.

    Hello Susanna,

    1. Checkout Page:
    – The company field has been removed.
    – We placed a test order, and it appears to be working correctly now.

    2. Cart Page:
    – The “Okay” text has been translated to “Jetzt einlösen.”
    – The white box has been removed.
    – Spacing between the buttons has been added.

    Could you please review these changes and let us know if there is anything else we may have missed?

    Hi Samir,

    thank you very much – yes, I can see the changes and everything fits now, thank you. However, I still have a few issues:

    1. Filter Issues

    My product filters still do not work correctly. I am using filters for: Brand, Fragrance Direction, Fragrance Class, and Price.

    Some brands display the correct products (e.g., Brioni), but others do not (e.g. Clean Reserve). For some brands, only a few products appear correctly, and further down the list products from other brands show up again.

    I have checked all attributes, slugs, product assignments, and cache tools – everything is set up correctly, but the filtering still doesn’t work.

    2. Missing “Clear All Filters” Button

    While trying different settings, the “Clear All Filters” button disappeared. Could you please add this button back to the filter area? I`m sorry for that.

    3. Checkout Loading Time

    My checkout is extremely slow. When customers click “Place Order”, the loading spinner rotates for more than one minute before the order-received page appears.

    4. Email Delay

    Order confirmation emails to the customer and to the store take up to 10 minutes to be sent. My hosting provider already increased the server memory limit.

    Could this issue be related to the theme or filter configuration? Could you please help me fix these remaining issues?

    3. It appears that there may be too many third-party plugins active on your website. Could you please review which plugins are not necessary and remove them?

    4. The XStore theme is not related to the email delay issue. Could you please try using the WP Mail SMTP plugin to see if it resolves the problem: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

    Hi Samir,

    thank you for your feedback regarding point 1.

    I have now integrated all 8Theme product filters, and the filtering is working — but a new issue has appeared. To make it very clear, here is the exact behavior for each brand:

    Brands that are filtered correctly and completely:
    – Brioni
    – Parfums d’Elmar

    Brands that appear partially correct but are mixed with products from other brands:
    – Clean Reserve
    – Goldfield & Banks
    – John Varvatos
    – Juliette Has a Gun
    – Mizensir
    – Mont Blanc
    – Perroy
    – Simone Andreoli
    – Tiziana Terenzi

    So the filter starts by showing the correct brand products, then mixes in products from other brands, and sometimes switches back again.

    Do you have any idea what might be causing this and how I can fix it?

    Hello Susanna,

    It appears that the XStore Brand is conflicting with the WooCommerce Brand.

    Could you please remove all WooCommerce Brand entries and then try again?
