Request to Reset XStore Theme License to My new domain

    Hello Team,

    I purchased the XStore theme from ThemeForest (Envato) and had it registered on my domain firstidea.in.
    I have now deleted the WordPress installation from that domain and migrated my entire website to a new domain firstideapvt.in by restoring an UpdraftPlus backup from the old site.

    I would like to use the theme on the new domain and kindly request you to reset the license for my purchase code so I can activate it on firstideapvt.in.

    Also, please ensure that none of my website data or content gets deleted or affected during the license reset process, as the full site is already restored on the new domain.

    http://www.firstidea.in is hitting our physical memory to 100%. We need immediate assistance on this on exactly what is causing issue on this. It is affecting the complete server performace. Please help us with it immediately

    Also since my task with loco translate plugin has been done for changing the button name overall and it is deactivated now can i remove it or do i have to keep it?

    As mentioned in that thread, the customer initially suspected the XStore Core plugin to be the cause of high CPU usage. However, after switching to the default Storefront theme, the issue persisted. This indicates that the problem is not directly related to our theme or plugin.

    In such cases, the high CPU usage is often caused by external factors such as bot attacks or server configuration limitations. We strongly recommend implementing protection measures such as using Cloudflare to mitigate potential attacks and considering an upgrade to a more powerful hosting environment for better performance.
