    Dear Support,

Could you please let me know which JavaScript and CSS files are responsible for the search functionality and the left-side menu on maanu.pl?

I would like to add these files to the exclusion list in W3 Total Cache, so they are not cached or minified. Sometimes the search or the left-side menu disappears, and I suspect it may be related to cached/minified assets.

    Thank you in advance.

    Dear Support,

I have disabled caching for the suggested files, but the issues still occur on the homepage. The left-side menu and the search bar sometimes disappear or do not work correctly.

Could you please check why this is still happening?

    Thank you.

    Hello @pover,

As our testing did not reveal this issue, could you please provide us with a video or detailed steps to reproduce the problem on your website? We previously shared with you a list of scripts related to the functionality you mentioned.

I have just visited the website in incognito mode and the issue is still visible:

    https://ibb.co/dJ3HBDqF

The left-side menu disappears on the homepage. It looks like the HTML responsible for displaying this menu is not present in the page source when the issue occurs.

The menu sometimes appears again after refreshing the page, but this happens randomly.

Could you please check why this is happening?

    Thank you.

    Hello @pover,

We have tested your issue in Chrome Incognito, Safari Incognito, and default browser windows, but were unable to reproduce the problem. Could you please check the issue on another device, as it may be related to your local environment?

The issue appears randomly on different devices from time to time. Please see the attached (difffrent) screenshot maked at 21:50:

The left-side menu disappears randomly, and sometimes it comes back after refreshing the page. This does not seem to be related to one specific browser or device.

The files you indicated have already been excluded from caching, but the issue still occurs.

    Hello @pover,

Please try adding the following custom PHP snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('etheme_force_enqueue_header_vertical_on_mobile', '__return_true');

During our testing, we noticed that your home page is sometimes identified as being viewed on a mobile device due to object caching or other cache configurations, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/GURDAXBGoiEo. Other pages, however, are correctly identified. It is possible that your home page has specific caching or similar settings applied.

If you still require our assistance, please provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content section.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

Done. The code has been applied in functions.php, and we have also cleared the cache.

Please note that I provided you with access to the admin panel in a separate request.

    Hello @pover,

Thank you for providing the updated details. We can see that the vertical header is now displayed on your homepage and other pages. If your main request has been resolved, please mark this topic as closed. Otherwise, kindly provide us with more information about any additional issues you would like us to review on your website.

Regarding the temporary wp-admin access, we are currently unable to view it because the maximum limit has been reached and the access was shared with another support manager. If you still require our assistance, please attach the correct access credentials in this topic.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
