    Hello,

I am reaching out to request a review of my XStore theme configuration.

I am experiencing a recurring issue where the website does not fully load once per day – parts of the code or visual elements are missing. The issue is temporarily resolved after clearing the cache, which suggests that the problem is likely related to caching.

I have already taken the following steps:

    – disabled most optimization features in the theme settings,
    – using the WP Fastest Cache plugin,
    – attempted to identify configuration conflicts, but without a clear result.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to achieve a stable state where the website loads correctly without the need to regularly clear the cache.

I would like to kindly ask you for:

a review of the current theme configuration,
recommendations for optimal setup (especially regarding caching),
information about any known conflicts or problematic settings.

Attached is an example of a bad and good loading of a mobile page view.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

    Best regards,
    Kamil

    Hello, bolekproduction,

We have noticed that your website is utilizing a large number of plugins. This could potentially impact the website’s performance, lead to errors, and affect its overall speed. To ensure optimal functionality and avoid such issues, we kindly ask you to manually review each plugin currently in use on your website.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
