Request for Assistance with XSTORE Theme and WooCommerce Integration

    Dear XSTORE Support,
    I am reaching out to you on behalf of our team, which is currently in the process of building a professional marketplace at marketplace.hyphenscs.com. As part of our website development, we have purchased and successfully integrated your XSTORE theme. Our website is built on WordPress, utilizing WooCommerce as the primary e-commerce plugin, and we are hosted on Microsoft Azure.

    We are currently facing two critical issues that we require your expertise to resolve:

    1. Request a Quote Functionality:
    Our goal is to implement a contact form that pops up when a user clicks on the “Request a Quote” button for any product. We want this form to collect user details and send them to us instantly. However, we are encountering a problem with the implementation of this feature. When we insert the shortcode for the contact form, it is not affecting the “Request a Quote” option as expected. Instead, the system continues to display the message, “Our team will get in touch with you shortly,” but the contact form does not appear. Whether we enable or disable the “Request a Quote” option, there is no visible change in the behavior of the button. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue to make the contact form function correctly.

    2. Editing Shipping Information:
    Additionally, on our product pages, there are several options, including “Free Shipping,” “No Hassle Return,” “Next Day Delivery,” and a dropdown arrow option labeled “Shipping Info.” Inside the “Shipping Info” dropdown, there is some default content that we need to customize. We require guidance on how to access and modify this content to ensure it aligns with our product offerings and business requirements.
