Hi,
for some reason, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc image has disappeared from the carrousel left of the main image inside the product gallery (product builder page)
The images are still connected to the product in WooCommerce and using the arrows in the main viewer still shows those images. However, in the thumbnail overview on the left, they are gone.
Last time we experienced this issue, I was able to roll back to a previous version, hence we didn’t really resolve the issue. However, this time that’s not an option.
I hope you can assist in troubleshooting.

Hello,
I do not see the problem, please provide URL of page where it is visible.
Make sure that cache of your browser is cleared.

Apologies, I meant a different staging site.
Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check if it fixes the problem.

Hi Rose,
This was the first thing I tried last time around. Didn’t help.
As you can see if you log in, I’ve deactivated all 3rd party plugins again, but it doesn’t fix my problem…
Dear,
Once I disabled SG Optimizer plugin – http://prntscr.com/smv39z , so you need to check settings of this plugin to find out which option causes the problem.
Regards
Thanks!
I will check it.
Unfortunately, it is the hosting service-provided caching plugin, directly tied to their security dashboard. Siteground is a recommended hosting provider in the WordPress community.
Any thoughts on what might cause a conflict with 8theme’s Xstore theme?
I should add that, starting out with just the SG Optimizer, a standard install of WooCommerce, and the Xstore theme, this setup didn’t cause any issue and my product page looked fine…
Update: I’ve managed to isolate the problem: Siteground optimizer provides an option to lazy load all of the product images. I’ve disabled it for now, but it does seem to be a standard and often-used feature (part of a package, enabled by default).
For some reason, the Xstore theme messes with the lazy load (tested it with all 3rd party plugins disabled).
How can we troubleshoot and fix in a way that lazy loading the product images doesn’t interfere with the page layout build-up?
Hello,
Our theme comes bundled with the lazy load option for the images (Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Image loading type) and probably it conflicts with the third-party lazy loading over theme lazy loading. So, keep that option disabled in the plugin settings.
Regards
Thanks!
