    Hi,
I’ve been trying to completely remove the Revolution Slider from the homepage but can’t seem to make the shortcode go away. I’d like to replace it with a static image + parallax text via Visual Composer.

I’ve tried both in Pages > Edit and in the Theme Options. All I’ve been able to do is deactivate the plugin, but [rev_slider_vc alias=”agency1″] remains

Thanks, Robert! Is there a way to add a static image there with Parallax text?

    Hello,

You can create the same row with background image and text there as you have below – http://prntscr.com/c40a41
