If I add a few items to my cart, and then try and remove 1 it stays in the cart, and the full amount still shows in the cart total. If I refresh my page it removes the item from the cart. How can I resolve this, please?

    Hi,

Everything works just fine in my browser, a short video of your website: http://take.ms/QW16J

Can you please tell us in which browser this issue happens and in which OS, or the steps to reproduce the error in that case we can try to reproduce the error.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.,

Just like in your video it removes from the cart, but it’s on the cart page that it does not.

I use Chrome and it also happens using Safari. (I am on a Mac) It happens when you click on the cart page /my-account/cart/

There is also a problem with the single product page with add to cart it says there is an Ajax error but then if you refresh the page it shows that the product is in the cart.

    Hi,

    1. Try disable this plugin “screets-lc”

    2. The AJAX request returns a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable, can you check your server error log or your hosting support, why it returns like that? and what exactly the error?

If still it continuously showing, then disable all the plugins and clear the cache and see that fixes the issue. If that fixes then you can enable one by one to find the faulty plugin.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.
