I know it’s probably my caching software blocking it but I can’t see the captcha on the Contact Us page of my site. I deleted the cache and it works for a few mins but then it keeps disappearing. No one can send a message because the captcha is blocking it. I would like to remove the captcha on that page please. I tried to do this myself from browsing previous posts with instructions on how to do this but it didn’t work and I got errors. Can you help please?

    Thanks

Please check the credentials or give is permissions to be able to access FTP account.

    Hi Eva,

I apologize, the FTP was trying to link to the site on an old subdomain. I fixed the error. Please try again.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I’ve changed permissions for captcha files and the image is shown now.
Please clear your browser cache and check.
Do you still want to remove captcha?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

Seems to be working now so let’s keep the captcha. I’ll contact you if it gets weird again.

Thanks for all of your help!
