    Hello,

    Go to Theme Options > Single Product Page > disable Ajax “Add to Cart” option and http://prntscr.com/f5euzb

    Regards,

    Yeah and when I turn it off this way the add to cart stops working at least on iPad. The problem is on the product page when you add to cart, nothing happens/doesnt work… Adding to cart from category/shop page seems ok though. Im on woopress 3.0. When I turn your ajax add to cart back on it works again.

    Why you need to mess around with the woocommerece default add to cart, the theme has problems enough without all this. When I told you I want it gone I mean completely removed, the code etc as well.

    In fact the add to cart with popup you added to the product page is quite nice, the thing I don’t like is the add to cart on category page that comes with it, the progress bar and check mark with white background still showing, makes our site look amateur and felt slow on mobile with it.

    You have any solutions? Supposed to be getting proper support not just someone telling me on the forum the options I can see right in front of me. I know how to set up theme settings etc, its a bit of an insult to us customers on the forum the way you seem to go for the quick fix like we didn’t already try that, please.. we’re running businesses now wake up. We are supposed to be getting premium support here.

    Regards
    James

    Hello,

    You need to update theme to the 3.0.0.1 version and add this code in Custom css:

    .form-row.form-row-wide.create-account.woocommerce-validated{
      display:inline-block;
    }

    We’ve sent some files your email address. Please check. Extract these archives and upload the files to the folder wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce/checkout.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
