I’ve just a got a message to say: Woocommerce data needs to be updated.

I’m having the latest Xstore theme activated, just wondering is it safe to proceed as it advised?

Hello,

Outdated files relate to your child theme http://prntscr.com/koam1i You need to compare files of parent and child theme and add the missing code to your child theme files.
