i have another issue

when i click Remember password i get the 404 error.

Hello,

we have checked your site and ‘Remember password’ option is working correct now. Does this problem still appear for you? If yes, please provide us with screenshots of issue.

Hello Stan,

thank you for your answer.

I ve checked but the remember password still doesn’t appear.

I have uploaded this print screen:

When you click Acces Cont (Sign in) it takes you here: http://cubrain.ro/remember-1.jpg

When you click Amintire parola (Remember password) you get 404

Also if you enter a wrong user and you get the eror: http://cubrain.ro/remember-2.jpg http://cubrain.ro/remember-2.jpg , the same thing happens.

Hello

Sorry we are unable to login to your ftp using the credentials above. Please check them. You may also try to delete and reupload royal/woocommerce folder because it may contain old theme files which cause the issue.

Hello,

The link you’re talking about is called “Remind password” and is used to reset a password if you lost it for your account.
I’ve edited the link in Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts tab > My Account Endpoints > Lost Password and the link is “Parola-uitată” now. Please clear browser cache and check “Sign In” page.
