Related Products under category not displayable

    Hi,

    I’m going crazy trying to show the Related Products in the single product page down at the bottom, nothing is working, I always see all the products instead I would like to see only the related products of that category even if it is a subcategory.

    I also see messages in the side panel that say: Note: The Related Products Query is available when creating a Single Product template

    You can see all the widgets I have inserted and I can’t get even one to work as I want

    The “Related Products” section is designed to automatically pull products from your store that share similar tags or categories with the current product.

    Related Products
    Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.

    These products cannot be specified in the admin, but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.

    My products are divided into categories and subcategories, so why if I enter a product I don’t see its related products?
