Related Products not working on product pages or account page

Hello,

The related products widget on my site does not work. On the product page it displays nothing and on the account page it displays an error saying I need to add a WPbakery template (screenshot attached).

I do not have WPBakery installed, I used elementor pro to build the website.

The widget used to display properly however I do not understand why it does not work now.

I attached the credentials to my site.

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Product Content Effect > do not select “Custom” type
