Related products are not working properly

hello i am trying to add related product with elementor at the single product page and the results are always only 5 products and not more, i have tried everything from clearing cache to elementor tool cache clean, woocommerce cache clean, how i can fix it ?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

Please try using the “Products Grid” widget for now, with the data source set to “Related Products”: https://prnt.sc/FZt_UGlo7wEf. We have added this widget below the original one on your page so that you can test it on your side.

We will review the issue with the default “Related Products” widget on our local websites and work on finding a global solution. In the meantime, the widget we added offers additional customization options, so you can adjust it according to your needs.

Tip: The same data source is also available in the “Products Carousel” and “Products List” widgets. If you wish to use them, simply add one of these widgets and set the data source to “Related Products” (https://prnt.sc/Hr7KGZqQZGk0).

thanks for the answer, it works perfectly, but i trying to style the Brand information when you hover over a related product image as you can see in the image i attached.

Also when a product is out of stock, i enabled the subscribe feature with email, which it works in quick view for a product which is out of stock, but i cannot see any pop up or subscribe form in the actual product page. Thanks in advance!

You can display the brand name on product hover by applying the following hover effects: https://prnt.sc/nSmKANjNGxiP and enabling the “Show brand” option.

Regarding the display of sections from third-party plugins in our Products widget, please refer to the documentation on adding custom information in custom widgets: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-hooks-filters/elementor-products-gridlist-hooks/.

You may also contact the plugin’s support team to request a code snippet that will allow you to display the “Subscribe” button within our Products widgets in Elementor content.

hello thanks for the info,

1. now i want to style the brand names on the hover effects but it seems i dont get the same options like for example price style tab.

2. how i can contact the support team with my snippet request for the out of stock products ? is there any other way to enable it using the current theme ? or an another option for out of stock products.

also all the option for the related products to have some sort of load more on navigation buttom to see more related product doesnt work for me

Hello @jomegg,

Unfortunately, it may not be possible to customize the brand appearance on hover through the available options. However, you can use custom CSS to modify this content. You can add the custom CSS under “Elementor Editor → Products Grid Widget → Advanced → Custom CSS”.

Regarding the “Subscribe” feature, could you please let us know if you are using any additional plugins for this purpose? Kindly provide more details along with screenshots or videos so that we can investigate the issue. Please also share temporary wp-admin and FTP access in the private area.

To review the related products, we will also need temporary wp-admin access.

thanks for the answers, lets start one by one.

In the related products grid I chooce the load more option but I dont get any “Load More” buttom in the end of the related products. You can check this by going either on any product or in the “single product template” to check more options.

Hello @jomegg,

We have reviewed your request. Unfortunately, the “Load More” feature is currently not supported for related products, upsell products, or cross-sells, as these items are dynamically generated for each product. We will consider possible solutions for this product type in future updates.

At this time, we recommend using the Products Carousel, which allows you to display multiple product items with arrow navigation, or keeping the static Products Grid with a maximum number of items displayed.

ok what about the out of stock products, like the link i have in the private content, it doesnt says anywhere that is out of stock also i have checked the “subscribe” buttom through the xstore settings but it doesnt pop up. please check thanks.

Could you please clarify in more detail which “Subscribe” button you have enabled? Is it from a third-party plugin, or are you referring to the “XStore Waitlist” feature? Please provide some screenshots to help us better understand the situation.

I am reffering inside at any spesific product which is out of stock like the one product in the link, I am talking for the area in the screenshot.

The related products section is ok. ( but please add to a future update the loading more buttom cause i am a commerce with many products to display and i dont want to load like 50 related products make the website very slow but with the buttom it will be more beneficial )

We kindly ask you to review the available widgets in your Elementor panel. One of these widgets in the Single Product editor is the “Wishlist” widget (https://prnt.sc/1VbtJxpH84Fw), which you can add to your single product content. It will be displayed only for out-of-stock products (https://prnt.sc/rdWtYm3R7w1n).
