Related products are not correct according the subcategory

I will give you one example to explain better my issue. I have one main category: SILVER and inside this category I have RINGS,PENDANTS e.t.c. Inside of RINGS category I have another one subcategory PLAIN SILVER. So the hierarchy is SILVER-RINGS-PLAIN SILVER. When I am looking in single page one product the related products don’t belong to this category PLAIN SILVER-RINGS-SILVER but are products from different categories. How can I solve this problem? My theme is LEGENDA and in theme options also has one choice to make enable or not the related products.

Hello,

Please check if you have similar tags for other products, because if the tags are the same for different products, then related products may be shown from other product too.

I don’t use tags but also I created some tags for some products for the same category and also is not working.

Hello,

Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
Also show us a link of a product where related products are shown from different categories.

For all the products if you choose one of them the related products are completely different from this category (maybe appear only one).

Why all the time you reply with the same way??? Is the third time that I need help and you cannot login to my site how is possible? Also other companies like WPML login in my site for several times and they didn’t have ever this issue. My address is http://www.jewellery4all.com/. Can you give me please your ip to check with my host server provider maybe is blocked for this reason you don’t have access?

Hello,

The problem with related products is caused by the reason you have several categories for one product and related products are taken from all these categories. You can test it yourself: select only one category for a product and related products will be shown only from that one category.
