    Hello Team,

I have added related products block on our single product layout.
As per the functionality, it should show the related products by category. But instead it’s fetching random products and even some times 2, sometimes 3 or sometimes 4 products.
Please find the below link as an example:
    https://orgasmicdeals.com/product/svakom-echo-2-app-controlled-silicone-finger-vibrator/

If you see in the link, we don’t have the correct products at bottom. And even not 4 products.
May be while you open the page, it shows the different data.

In the category this product is, having so many products. But still there’s some problem and not able to get correct related products.

We have attached the login details in private area, if you need to check by login to admin dashboard.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes > Install and activate Storefront theme, and disable XStore Core plugin).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi Team,

Thanks for the reply. But as I have checked it’s something related to xStore Theme as I am using Related Block Elementor Section which comes with the plugin. So it’s not something related to WordPress or WooCommerce.

    Dear @Tlp,

We kindly recommend that you test the product display using the default WooCommerce widget instead of the one provided by our theme. This will help determine whether the issue is related to our theme or originates from WooCommerce itself.

Additionally, we have noticed that there are numerous overridden files in your child theme. However, the account access you provided does not allow us to review the specific changes made. In order to assist you more effectively, we kindly ask you to verify the behavior using the default widget and share the results of your testing with us.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello Team,

We have tried to use Default Elementor Related Product with Slider as suggested.
That is displaying correct data we need.

But when we add xStore Related Products Element. It again not fetching the required products.

    Dear @Tlp,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you please provide us with the URL of the page where both the default element and our custom widget are added, so we can review the differences in the single product content? Additionally, we kindly ask you to share the FTP access details in the private area, which will allow us to further investigate and find a suitable solution for your case.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
