Registration stop working on Woocommerce 2.2.8

Hi,

When I upgrade Woocommerce to 2.2.8 the registration stop working, it works fine with Woocommerce 2.1

Also, just one little problem when displaying Variation data on chained product, currently the information shows too low under the product name, I want to move it up just below the product name and remove the “Choose Version:” Label from data, see picture here

Can you help me do this via CSS? See private massage for credentials

Hello,

I’ve added the following code into custom.css file:
```
.product-information .product-name-price {
    height: 40px;
}
```
Please check the variation data display now.
Concerning the registration form please update Woocommerce plugin to the latest version to be able to check.
