The issue with registering a new membership:
If a customer enters an email to register a new membership, and this email is already registered, they do not receive a message indicating that the email is already in use. Instead, they are redirected to the following page:

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

I tried using a default theme, and the issue disappeared.
Attached is a screenshot.
When using an email address that is already in use, a message appears stating that this email is in use. This does not happen when your theme is activated.
