Registration page - by markience - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,

    Following the documentation, I have created the “register” page.
    The problem is that it redirects to the home page when I try to view the page.

    If I change the template from custom registration page to default template it’s however not redirected.

    Can you help?

    You didn’t ask to see the content, you asked to get admin access which is quite different and the answer remains negative.
    You can ask for log files, tell me where to look but I won’t give you admin access nor the keys to my house.
    I’m very sad you give such poor support.

    Hello,

    We are sorry that you feel this way. All that we want and we need is to help you! We don’t need your admin user access, you may create temporary user to give us the opportunity to see your issue and fix it. Could you please provide us with link to the registration page?
    Did you log out before testing the registration page? This page implies registration, so, this is visible only if you are not logged in!

    We requested access only to expedite the process of solving the problem.
    As you won’t provide us with the credentials we can give you suggestions for solving the problem and you’ll try to resolve the problem yourself.
    It may take a long time, but if it’s convenient for you we can work in this way.
