    I received Registration is disabled on my register page

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Please navigate to Dashboard->Settings->General-> and select Anyone can register.

    Is there any backhand panel that I can check customer information, orders, etc
    is there a way to check orders of one customer after his/her registration etc.

    You can check orders in Wocoommerce > Orders section in wp-admin panel.
