FYI there seems we’re not the only ones with the same problem running 8theme, found these with a Google search of the error message within the first 3 page results:

Just in case you want to be pro-active and contact them when you find the issue.
Clicking the “Create an account” on checkout page and placing an order works. Order is placed and user is created.

You need enable registration in Settings > General > Membership and mark “Anyone can register”.

Multisite… This is done in the network settings. Everything is setup so my users can register but they still can’t register.

Perfect, can we now know what to do so we can do the same on the live site? This was staging so we could make tests and not disturb customers.

The file wp-content/themes/woopress/et-registration.php was edited. You can reupload it from the staging site to your live site.
