Hi,
So when i test my registration form it just sits there with the spinning Icon. Nothing happens, my browser doesn’t even say its working on anything just the spinning icon from the theme. Any Ideas?
Also my content I add the right of it is not showing up. and I had to turn off the left side bar as it was half way off the screen… Basically my whole registration page is messed up.
I’m not sure what I did but now its coming back with it working. But when I have an email i’ve already used it comes back with username already used. And when I have a user name I already used it comes back with the error please use a valid Email. I’d like it to give the correct errors if at all possible.
Hello,
Could you please give us email address and username in Private content to check the issue?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Below sorry though I did this last night.
I also tried to create an account last night with a new user name and an unused hotmail email and it said please enter a valid email.. so I really don’t know whats going on. That happened on mobile last night. today I did it on desktop and the same email and user name I tried last night worked fine.
Hello,
In our theme one error message is written for username and email.
If you want to change it you need edit the file wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/theme-functions.php (line 1503).
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
But its not one error message. I get different ones… I looked at that and it calls a function from? somewhere I couldn’t find.
+ response.msg +
is what is called when an error happens.
More assistance would be helpful…
Hello,
I checked registration form and it shows one message that username is already registered if I used already registered email or username.
Try to clear browser cache and check again.

Eva Kemp.
