    Hello,

We need FTP credentials, not WP Dashboard.
If you don’t know where to find them, please ask hosting provider support regarding FTP login data.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

The problem with captcha image was caused by cache on your site. I’ve cleared it.
    Please check the site now.

    Regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

In this case you can clear cache manually via WP Dashboard or delete cached files in wp-content/cache via FTP.

    Regards,
    Jack Richardson.
