Registered Members Get 404 Error on Cart

    Recently updated to new Lengedna version. Now Registered members get 404 error when trying to view cart. Unregistered buyers seem to do ok and are able to place orders. But registered users cannot view cart, therefore cannot place orders.

    BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information.
    We’ve edited your reply and moved access into the Private Content area.

    1/ Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.
    We need to find out if the situation is caused by Legenda or by something else.

    2/ In case this situation persists with our theme only, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
    If this problem is independent of the theme, you need to contact the support of WooCommerce – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    View Cart works fine on theme storefront but not on theme legenda.

    I used email address support@8theme.com for WP User email address in order to create a temporary admin account.

    If I need to use a different email, please advise.

    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with Legenda. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Plugins/Included_Plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

    Rose:

    The plugins all work fine with standard theme storefront so if one isn’t working with legenda then it is legenda and not the plugin at fault.

    wpconfig already set to 1024 MB and not getting that error anyway.

    Now what?

    Admin accounts can view cart. Others cannot.
