Register user is not working, it redirects to the website

When I try to register, I enter the email id and then clicked on register button. It redirects to the website, and then when I click on account button it shows that I still haven’t logged in.
I’m attaching the video of this issue as well.

The problem was identified as a cache issue on your website. To address this, we have disabled the static block cache and removed the query string option under XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. This action has cleared the cache of your website.

I tried running the website in incognito mode, I also deleted the caches. but still the issue persists. Please help.
