    Hi, thanks for your fast reply. That is what I did as mentioned in my ticket and did not work.
    Has it maybe to do with the WordPress version 5.5 I am on?

    Please, update theme to version 6.3.9.1.

    That did help indeed. Thanks.
    Now I am facing issues with Theme activation. When activating XStore Core plugin, the system hangs with the below action. It takes more than an hour and nothing happens. Any suggestion here?

    Hello,

    Did you install theme version 6.3.9.1? Maybe you downloaded the older version. If yes then redownload archive again. You need to install 6.3.9.1 version. Or provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.
