In testing my site I used a different computer to create an account. After clicking “register” in the top right corner, I created an account with success. I then deleted that account to test the process again. I’m sure this is cookie based or something, but the “Register” link in the top right of my page is now gone. I only see “Sign In.”
I am using the WooCommerce Account widget for my sign in functions. However, I do not want a permanent “Register” link on my page.I liked the dynamic link in the top right corner that shows “Register” | “Log In” when a user is not logged in and “My Account” when they are logged in.
Is there a way to prevent the “Register” link from going away?
Hello,
1) Go to Settings > General > check if registration option is enabled.
2) Go to Pages > check if you have the Register page in the list of pages. If you don’t have that page then create it and set the page template (under page attributes) to Custom Registration Page https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/5_registration_page

Thank you for the reply.
This did fix my issue. Having the “register” page use a template other than the custom register page seemed to be the problem. The Register link appears once more.
However, this brings up another issue. Account creation with this custom registration does not work. We have tried on multiple machines. Often, valid email addresses are prompted as “not valid.”
Hello,
Provide us with temporary Dashboard access, we’ll check the problem.

The issue seems to be resolved. We are still testing and I will update if there are any changes. Thank you!
