When a new member tries to register it gives a message that he/she will receive an email shortly, it never is sent to them or an admin of the website. From the wp backend I can see that the new user is added to the system but I need an email to be sent to me and to our new member. Can you please help me solve this issue? Thanks in advance

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Please try the solution described in this topic:
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/contact-form-7-unable-to-send-mail-from-sidebar/#post-64930

    After that check registration form.

I did install and configured the plugin as mentioned in the other thread, and tried to send a test email but it is giving me an error.
    Test Message Sent
    The result was:
    bool(false)

I would rather not have to use another plugin to send the register confirmation email. Could you please check to make sure I had it configured correctly for Royal Theme. Again when a new member signs up his/her name DOES get added to new users in the wp admin backend. But no register confirmation email is being sent to the new member or to notify the admin of the new member.

    Hello,

In this case you should contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check mail logs why emails can’t be sent from your site. There should be some notices.

I contacted my hosting and they helped me as much as they could. I created a new email which is hosted by them and we worked on all the routing but in the end no email is being sent to either a new registrar or the admins. The page “Register” has it set to Template-Custom Registration Page but I can not find where I can edit the custom-page-registration template??

I WAS able to setup the CONTACT FORM 7 correctly but my problem is with the register email that should be sent to our new user and a notification to our admin. Can you please look into this and see if you can find the error. Thanks in advance

    Hello,

Have you checked mail logs on a server?
We can’t find any errors because we can’t check any log files on your server. Ask your hosting provider to do this.
Can other email be sent? For example for Woocommerce order or from contact form?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
