The captcha image below the Register form is not displaying. When I look at the source code a URL exists for the image but when I test that URL is a browser I get a 404 error. Further, when I check for that image at /wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/tmp/1920949376.png it doesn’t exist and refreshing the page does not cause any image to be created in that folder. Please advise.
Hello,
Please change permissions to 777 for “tmp” folder in the directory /woopress/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha.
Regards
The tmp folder already has permissions set to 777. Something else is going on.
Please provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

Can I get an email address form you to create the WP user?

Yes, this is now solved. Thank you so much! I would like to now what the solution was in case it happens again. Please advise.
Thank you.
Hello,
Likely it was the permissions problem or cache problem because when I passed this issue to our developers they said that the problem already solved.

Hello 8Theme,
I have the exact same issue of the original poster, @erinok, did back in November 2017. When investigating the permissions on my really-simple-captcha folder I see that there is no longer a tmp directory.
Here is a screen shot of my directories…
Can you please advise on getting really-simple-captcha to show up on the Register page?
