I have tried to register by Brainstorm Force it keeps telling me I have an invalid license key. I am attaching my license key, please advise.

Brainstorm force asks for registration. It is telling me that I have a invalid purchase code.

Can I get a rely on this issue and my revolution slider issue? If not I am complaining to Themforest that you are providing themes with bundled plugins and no license for them. I am a professional designer. Your theme did not have the license installed for Visula composer and its add ons, nor Brainstorm, nor did you provide any real dummy information for the revolution slider. I have askedmultiple times about these issues and I am getting un responsive answers or no answers at all. It is leaving me in a problme with my project and I cannot have this happen.

Hello,

All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugins work fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated. The option with registering of these plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allow you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

we have done everything. We have downloaded the new plugins that were updated Oct. 29. and its still telling us that we have an invalid purchased code. Why is it not allowing me to register the item if I have in fact purchased the theme?

Brainstorm Force.

We added our envato username, the api key, & the purchase code but its telling me the purchase code is invalid. I’m coping it directly over.
