  Hello,

  Really appreciate you guys at eighttheme working hard to support customers.
  I have almost completed setting up my online mall thanks to you guys but just have one little thing that is bothering me.

  Whenever I post a review/commment on a product, I get a ‘redirection loop’ error message.
  I don’t know if this is a themes issue or a woocommerce plugin issue, but can you please help me out on this?

  Hello Eva,

  But I can access my website so it is a different issue to the article you have provided.
  I have followed the instruction to deactivate all the plugins and delete the .htaccess file but still it does not work.
  I think it might be a problem related to woocommerce so maybe I should ask them but can you perhaps tell me another solution?

  Hello Eva

  I’ve kinda solved it.
  I changed the settings of inherent address(or something similar, my wordpress version is in Korean so..) from text name to basic.
  Now it works 🙂
