Recreating Blocks after Deletion - by Saurin

Hi, what happens when I delete certain blocks right now, but might require them in the near future, is there a way to hide them or will I need some coding knowledge to recreate them in the future, after I delete them.

Are you talking about rows of the page content or you mean the Static Blocks?
