  what is the recommended product image sizes
  also the recommended thumbnail sizes

  Hello,

  The original images sizes are 1,425px × 1,900px.
  Also set these settings in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display:
  https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/woocommerce
  and regenerate thumbnails with the plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ .
