Recently viewed products not working. - by dbirch44

Hi there,

For some weird reason the recently viewed products are not working. I have disabled all plugins, cleared the cache and still it’s only displaying one product when the widgets are set to show 10. I view other products and nothing.

I know I’ve created a few topics today, but there seems to be a lot of things which are not working with this theme. It’s a wonderful theme, it’s just got quite a few things not working with it that’s all.

I really need to get these things fixed asap, I would really appreciate your help getting these things sorted. Cheers’

Hello,

The problem is with your child theme. When you activate our default theme you’ll see the sidebar is shown fine.
So please check the changes you made in the child theme.

Hi Eva,

It’s not a problem with the sidebar, it’s a problem with the woocommerce recently viewed products widget not showing. Other side bar widgets are showing fine, but that one is not. I have tested with the main theme activated, also with the child theme and with the child theme and all the code commented out. It’s still not showing the recently viewed products.

Even with all plugins except woocommerce disabled, the woopress theme activated (not the child theme) still the recently viewed products widget is not displaying. I have also just noticed now that filter by price is also not showing.

How can this be fixed??

Hello,

“Woocommerce Recently Viewed” widget isn’t working with default WordPress theme too, so the problem isn’t with our theme.
You have to contact Woocommerce and ask them to check it.
