Hi there. I keep receiving orders with incomplete addresses, which makes shipping rather difficult. According to the XStore documentation Address Line 1 should be validated, but this clearly isn’t happening. Any idea why?

We hope this message finds you well.
Upon reviewing your setup, we noticed that the XStore Elementor builder is not being utilized for the checkout page content. As a result, the default theme settings are being applied.
We kindly recommend checking the WooCommerce settings located under Theme Options → WooCommerce → Checkout to ensure everything is configured correctly.
Additionally, if you are not using the Email Customizer builder provided by XStore, you may wish to test the functionality using the default Storefront theme. Alternatively, you can temporarily disable the Email Builder and verify the results.

Thanks for the reply, but i’m not really sure how the info provided can help me! Apologies.
The image attached shows the issue clearly. Occasionally orders come in with an incomplete street address. How do i stop this happening?

DId you test if the issue exists when you make a test order using the Storefront theme ? Could you share the results of your testings ?
