After our website used your theme, the reCaptcha was not available when customers registered their accounts, resulting in the failure to register their accounts. How to solve this problem?
Hello, DolphinRC,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with reCaptcha during customer registration. Please ensure that reCaptcha is properly configured in your website settings. Additionally, check if any third-party plugins or custom modifications might be conflicting with the theme.
If the issue persists, kindly provide us with more details, such as any error messages you may have encountered.
Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Best Regards,

Dear @DolphinRC,
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
Best regards,

Dear @DolphinRC,
We have identified some JavaScript errors that may be preventing reCaptcha from loading properly. Please refer to the following screenshot for details: (https://prnt.sc/kDyl-nt6ayHD).
To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore. You can find the list of included plugins here: (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After disabling these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
If the issue continues, we suggest reaching out to the Google Support Team for further assistance: (https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq).
Please let us know the results. We are happy to assist you further if needed.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
If I disable all those plug-ins for testing, it will cause some problems in some functions of the website, which seems to be not a good solution. Can you tell me directly what plug-ins cause this?
Dear @DolphinRC,
In this case, we kindly recommend creating a staging site using the WP-Staging plugin. This will allow you to perform debugging in a safe environment without affecting your live website.
You can find the plugin here: (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/)
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
I would like to know how this changes shortcode, which is for the registration page. Maybe that’s the problem?
Dear @DolphinRC,
We kindly request you to review and double-check your third-party plugins, as there may be potential conflicts related to multiple API keys. Please check the following links:
