Hi,

How do I activate reCaptcha for WooCommerce? I”m getting alot of fake accounts being created but can’t stop it. Hope you can help me out.

Hello,

We don’t give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all 3-rd party plugins. But you can try this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/no-captcha-recaptcha-for-woocommerce/

HI Rose,

Thank you very much for the recommendation. I installed it and enabled it but I still have fake accounts being created. Is there a way to find out what is allow this to happen? Is there something that Theme8 offers to keep rough registration? I love your theme and put alot of time into building the site but now i’m stuck, hope there is a way.

Hello,

Registration is default WP and WooCommerce option, not our theme option. Don’t you have fake registration if you enable any other theme? Try also the Wordfence Security plugin.

Do you have Anyone can register option enabled in the Settings > General > Membership?
