    Hello, @José Silva,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We have identified a potential cache issue that may be affecting the performance of your website. To assist us in diagnosing this problem more accurately, we kindly request that you temporarily deactivate the cache plugin and CDN currently in use on your site.

Please ensure that you access your site using a freshly opened browser after making these changes. This will help us determine if the issue persists without the influence of cached data.

We kindly ask that you follow these steps:

    1. Access your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Proceed to ‘Elementor’.
    3. Click on ‘Settings’.
    4. Select the ‘General’ tab.
    5. Locate ‘Disable Default Colors’ and ‘Disable Default Fonts’.
    6. Ensure that both options are checked/selected.
    7. Save your changes to apply them.

For your convenience, we have included an image to serve as a visual guide for the aforementioned process. https://imgur.com/TxA5SAE

If you can see the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is functioning correctly in the Customizer, it should also be functioning on the front end.

We trust that this will resolve the issue you are experiencing.

Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our support team is always ready and available to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.
