    Hello Vladis,

    1. We have conducted a review of your website using Responsinator and it appears to be functioning correctly across various resolutions. We did not observe any borders. You can view the results here: http://www.responsinator.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Faiprintai.lt%2F. It is likely that this is a caching issue on your end. We recommend that you clear the cache of your website and browser and check again, or try on a different device.

    2. Unfortunately, it is not possible to set a link on the video element of Elementor. There is no such option available, so this would require extra customization. Please refer to the Elementor documentation on the Video Element here: https://elementor.com/help/video-widget/ for more information on how it works.

    Hello Vladis,

Thank you for providing us with the video. We appreciate it and it has helped us to better understand the issue.

We have tested your site again and can now see the issue. We have also identified the cause of the issue. The issue is due to the background color you have set. Please refer to the screenshot provided here: https://postimg.cc/tsZBLByz

The WordPress Admin Login details you provided are not working.

We suggest that you try to find the background color and remove it. This should solve the issue. Alternatively, please provide us with the correct/working Login details of the site so that we can investigate further.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
