    Quotation Workflow Requirement

Our business model is based on custom-made shutters. We want to provide two options to the customers:
    a. Take the customer to a payment page when the customer chooses a standard product/size.
    b. Take the customer to a form where the customer can enter his/her contact details and request a quote. This will happen when
the customer enters a custom size/product.

    How can we achieve this?

    Hello, IBizsols,

    Thank you for your message.

This feature is not yet available in our XStore theme.
You may consider using one of the following third-party plugins:
    https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/
    https://woocommerce.com/products/request-a-quote-plugin-for-woocommerce/

    Best regards,

    Hello Team,

Thank you for your previous response and for guiding me toward using a third-party Request-a-Quote solution.

I have installed and configured the recommended plugin, and the Request a Quote button now appears correctly on my product page.
However, when I click the button, the popup opens completely blank, with no fields or content loading.

Here is the product link for reference:

    Issue Details:

The popup opens, but no quote form or fields are displayed (only a white/blank popup).

All required quote fields are already configured in the plugin backend.

    Ajax add-to-quote is enabled.

No caching or maintenance mode is active.

REST API is working correctly when tested manually.

    Screenshots attached:

I kindly request your help in identifying whether:

There is a compatibility issue with XStore theme,

A script conflict is preventing the form from loading, or

Additional theme hooks are needed to make the popup function.

Any guidance or recommended fixes will be greatly appreciated, as this feature is crucial for my website.

Thank you in advance for your support.

    Hello, IBizsols,

We have identified an error that occurs when clicking the “Add to Quote” button: https://prnt.sc/n8a4pUuykiME.

We recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser cache and check again, as one of these additional plugins may be causing the issue.

We also suggest switching to the Parent Theme if you are currently using a Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, please test again. Additionally, perform the same test using the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, as the issue may be related to custom code in your Child Theme.

If the problem persists, please contact the plugin’s author directly. Issues related to third-party plugins fall outside the scope of our standard support services.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
